Orders
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Should you be concerned with any aspect of your order, please contact customer service at info@ganduxer.com before placing an order with us. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. We do consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, but we give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

A Contract between the customer and Ganduxer Design (a known trading name of Ganduxer Ltd) for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and shipped. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. Goods remain the property of Ganduxer Ltd until they are paid for in full. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see website for times and charges Your Right To Cancel You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of shipping. If you do cancel the order within this time (before shipping) any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days, by the method that payment was made.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer full refunds within 14 days of shipping of the goods. We will offer an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. For promotional items, all sales are final. SPECIAL ORDERS/PERSONALIZED ITEMS - special order items and personalized items are non refundable under the normal terms. BROKEN IN TRANSIT goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt - and returned to us for claiming against the shipper. Return Procedures Please email returns@ganduxer.com with your order number and details, outlining your return and reason, for return approval and action to be taken for the faulty goods. Except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. Send items & your delivery slip back to:

When returning items you must obtain proof of posting in case of lost items in the post. We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. We will pay for exchanged items to be sent out if the original fault lies with us.

Promotions
Offer codes are valid on the web only. Only one offer per customer and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Management reserves the right to change offers and promotions at any time.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure (SSL Certified) environment by Credit / Debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Delta, Switch, PAYPAL made through our secure website. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 15%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
